Pactur’s semiautomatic L-sealer packaging machines with pneumatic sealing arm and integrated shrink tunnel are designed to offer high performance and ease of use. The sealing arm is activated by pedal, dual-button control, or timer, giving the operator full flexibility.

Safe and Efficient Sealing System

The sealing arm is operated by a pneumatic piston and includes a mechanical emergency stop device for operator safety. Multiple working modes and programmable timers allow complete control.

Dual Conveyor System for Higher Productivity

First conveyor belt in the sealing area
Second conveyor belt inside the shrink tunnel
Independent speed controls

This setup ensures that sealing and shrinking occur independently, optimizing productivity. The forward-forward or forward-reverse cycle modes offer flexibility in handling the finished product.

Smart Features for Small and Medium Products

These machines can also operate as sealers only, simply by turning off the tunnel heating. The multiple work cycle option allows grouping products before shrink-wrapping, further improving efficiency.

Customizable Tunnel Layout

The shrink tunnel is arranged at 90° and can be customized in height based on your product. Optional output roller conveyor available on request.
