Professional support before you purchase your packaging machine

Pactur offers a full pre-sales support service through our Test Room, combining technical and commercial consultancy. We analyze the product to be packaged and assess the production speed required. Based on these factors, we identify the most suitable packaging machine and run demo simulations directly at our facility.

Clients can ship their products to Pactur for testing. We perform packaging tests and send private demonstration videos with the results. Video calls are also available to reduce travel and streamline decision-making.

To assist with machine selection, we offer a preliminary questionnaire to guide the customer before a direct consultation by phone or video.

Customizations for non-standard products

As a manufacturer with a strong artisanal vocation, Pactur builds each machine internally and offers tailored modifications. Whether for special formats or unusual product dimensions, our team can adapt standard machines to customer-specific needs.
