Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machines Auto 30/L – 40/L – 60/L – 80/L

Pactur offers four models of automatic packaging machines with continuous side sealers: Auto 30/L, Auto 40/L, Auto 60/L, and Auto 80/L. These machines are designed to pack products of any length thanks to the side rotary sealing system and adjustable opening height.

• Continuous rotary side sealing for products of unlimited length
• Models with different transverse sealing widths for various product sizes
• Suitable for Polyolefin (PO) and Polyethylene (PE) shrink films
• High performance with medium and large-sized products
• Height-adjustable sealing unit for centered seal and increased productivity
• Storage of up to 20 product formats with automatic size recall

Modular Integration

The machines can be connected to various shrink tunnels:

• Teflon mesh conveyor tunnel
• Metal mesh conveyor tunnel
• Silicone-coated rod tunnel

Motorized belts and automatic loading systems are also available. Machines can be loaded manually or automatically, depending on the line configuration.

Applications and Customization

The Auto/L series is suitable for short, long, heavy, irregular, or multipack products, offering both excellent finishing and high productivity. They are ideal alternatives to sleeve wrapping machines, with the advantage of aesthetic quality and space efficiency.

Stainless steel frames are available on request, especially for the food industry or humid environments. The max product height is 300–350 mm; above this, sleeve wrappers are recommended.
