Sleeve Wrapping Machines S600 – A600 – S602 – S802 – A802

The Ladypack range includes robust and reliable sleeve wrapping machines designed for shrink film packaging of medium to large and heavy products. Typical items include bottles, jars, reams of paper, ironing boards, furniture parts, metal plates, and more.

Three Available Configurations

1. Semiautomatic: Operator manually loads the product and activates the pusher.
2. Automatic in-line: Motorized belt automatically feeds the bundle into the machine.
3. Automatic collateral: 90° motorized belt, sensors for detection and counting, and automatic pusher system.

Main Technical Features

• Both film rolls placed in a low position for operator safety and faster changeover.
• Motorized film unwinders for smooth operation.
• Constant temperature Teflon-coated sealing blade.
• Shrink tunnel with metal mesh belt for PE film and heavy products.

Optional Devices

• Pressure device for stabilizing products during sealing
• Mechanical overturning device for irregular products
• Side sponge rollers to tuck film against the product
• Double conveyor belts for independent sealing and shrinking
